In-Person Site Assessments
Because we are based in Dandenong, we do not rely on generic forms. We visit your South East facility in person to conduct a thorough site safety assessment before we supply a single worker.
Mandatory Safety Inductions
Every KAVRILO candidate must pass a strict safety induction covering manual handling, hazard identification, and forklift safety (where applicable) before they are rostered.
PPE Verification
We ensure every worker arrives on your floor with the correct, compliant Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-capped boots and high-vis clothing, ready to work safely from minute one.

Victorian Labour Hire Licensing
We operate in strict accordance with the Victorian Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018. We ensure all workers are legally classified, paid strictly according to the relevant Modern Awards, and have their Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) checks completed to guarantee their legal right to work in Australia
Fully compliant with LHA regulations pending final licence number allocation.
