Safety is Non-Negotiable
At KAVRILO, we believe strong output and safe operations go hand in hand. We support warehouse, manufacturing, and food production sites with practical labour hire systems built around safety, compliance, and clear operational standards.
Our Proactive Approach to OHS
KAVRILO’s safety system is built for busy warehouses, factories, and logistics sites across South-East Melbourne. We take a proactive approach to OHS and labour hire compliance in Victoria—identifying site risks before placement, ensuring every worker is inducted, and confirming PPE readiness so your operation stays productive, compliant, and protected.
In-Person Site Assessments
Because we are focused on Melbourne’s South-East, we do not rely only on generic forms or assumptions. Before placement, we take a practical approach to understanding site conditions, role requirements, PPE expectations, and key safety risks so workers can be placed with greater care and site awareness.
Mandatory Safety Inductions
Every KAVRILO worker must complete a safety-focused onboarding process before placement. This includes manual handling awareness, hazard identification, incident reporting expectations, and forklift safety where relevant to the role.
PPE Verification
We reinforce the importance of correct PPE before placement and before shift commencement. This includes core items such as steel-capped boots, high-vis clothing, and any additional site-required protective equipment relevant to the host environment.
Compliance-Focused. Operationally Prepared.
Rise Workforce Pty Ltd, trading as KAVRILO, is committed to operating in line with Victorian labour hire, workplace, and safety requirements. Supporting policies and compliance documents are made available to help clients assess our operational standards and readiness.
Victorian Labour Hire Licensing
KAVRILO is committed to operating in full accordance with the Victorian Labour Hire Licensing framework and applicable workplace laws. We maintain clear internal controls across worker classification, payroll, onboarding, right-to-work checks, and site safety expectations.
Workers supplied through KAVRILO are engaged and paid through compliant payroll processes, with attention to the relevant awards, statutory obligations, and documented onboarding requirements. Where relevant, visa and work-right checks are completed before placement.
Committed to operating in line with Victorian Labour Hire Licensing requirements, with licence details to be updated once issued.
